Automated stereo library
Automated Warehouse (AS/RS) is a three-dimensional shelf, railroad roadway stacker, inbound and outbound pallet conveyor system, size detection bar code reading system, communication system, automatic control system, computer monitoring system, computer management system and others. Complex automation system consisting of auxiliary equipment such as wire and cable tray power distribution cabinets, pallets, adjustment platforms, and steel structure platforms. The automated stereo library is mainly composed of the following parts:
Shelf: A steel structure used to store goods. At present, there are two basic forms of welded shelves and combined shelves.
Tray: An appliance used to carry goods.
Roadway stacker: Equipment used to automatically access goods. According to the structure, it is divided into two basic forms: single column and double column; it is divided into three basic forms: straight road, curved road and transfer vehicle according to service mode.
The main peripheral of the stereo library, responsible for transporting the goods to or from the stacker. There are many types of conveyors, such as roller conveyors, chain conveyors, lifting platforms, distribution vehicles, lifting machines, belt conveyors, etc.

Automatic Control System: An automatic control system that drives the various devices of the automated stereo library system. At present, the fieldbus mode is adopted as the control mode.
Inventory Information Management System:
Also known as the Central Computer Management System. It is the core of a fully automated stereo library system. At present, the typical automated stereo library system uses a large database system to construct a typical client/server system, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP systems).
